Last Minute Informations

Conference Office The Conference Office is located one flight of stairs from the Polyterrasse (terasse near the Federal Institute of Technology, overlooking the city). The office is open during the whole conference.

The Conference Staff as well as members of the Organizing Committee can be recognized by their yellow badges.

Personal Identification Please wear your badge to all functions. Our staff has been asked to give access only to persons wearing the official conference badge. Please wear it in a way that your fellow participant can read your name easily.

Main auditorium There are 426 seats in the main auditorium. Once these seats have been taken, further participants will be guided to a nearby auditorium where the plenary sessions can be followed by large screen video transmission.

Changes in Plenary Sessions Monday. 28th of February:

8.15 am : Tony Kaiser, ABB replaces Maurice Campagna, ABB

Wednesday 1st of March:

11.00 am: Alain Bill, ABB replaces Max Burger, Miescher Institut

02.00 pm: Heidi Diggelmann, SNF, will be assisted by Gertrude Hirsch Hadorn and Ruth Kaufmann-Hayoz

Dialogue Sessions Locations:

We kindly ask all contributors to check their DS room on Monday morning.

Programs:

The specific programs of the various dialogue sessions are posted in front of the main auditorium, in the Idea Market and in the Conference Office (GEP Pavilion).

Reception Dinner on Monday The reception starts at 7.15pm, followed by dinner at 8pm.

Dress code: casual.

If you intend to participate but have not yet informed us, please contact the Conference Office at the GEP Pavilion.

Mutual Learning Sessions Participants who have not yet booked their MLS (information on the envelope) are kindly requested to do so as soon as possible at the Conference Office in the GEP Pavilion. Note: M08, M11, M16, M20 are already fully booked.

Bus transport: If you have not yet booked your transport to your MLS, please contact the Conference Office.
